Nucleus Research Names Ceridian The Leader In Workforce Management Technology

Ceridian announces it has been named the leader in workforce management technology by Nucleus Research for Dayforce HCM. The Nucleus ranking re-affirms Dayforce HCM’s Workforce Management (WFM) capabilities to optimize organizations using analytics to understand the efficiency of labor allocations relative to returns on labor investments.

The Technology Value Matrix Second Half 2014 WFM is Nucleus’s review of product advancement and vendors’ ability to support workforce management with compliance capabilities, efficiency and insight. Leaders in workforce management are focusing their efforts on developing analytics to increase the accuracy and relevance of labor management that looks at overall workforce productivity. These vendors are also providing a means to use statistical analysis to identify areas of improvement and mounting their functionality on analytics engines to extend workforce data to operations management, thereby increasing the return on investment (ROI) of deployment.
