New York, August 28, 2006 – JPMorgan Worldwide Securities Services, a leading provider of global securities services, today announced that it has expanded its sales force focused on Investment Managers. James Donatell will focus on new business development for West Coast asset managers and Diane Hutson Scott will concentrate on firms in the Northeast.

Donatell and Scott will be reaching out to the Investment Management community to share their knowledge and discuss JPMorgan’s comprehensive and value-added capabilities for investment managers including fund accounting and administration, securities lending, global custody, Exchange Traded Fund Administration, Alternative Investment Services and solutions for Separately Managed Accounts.

Donatell has more than 20 years of financial sales experience in senior sales positions at Parnassus Investments, Gartmore Global Investments and Fidelity Investments. He will be based in San Francisco and responsible for West Coast sales. Scott also has over 20 years of experience in financial services serving most recently at The Bank of New York as a client executive in the Investment Manager segment. Previously, she was at State Street Bank in sales and marketing roles for global financial services and credit solutions for mutual fund companies and banks. She will be based in New York and responsible for sales in the Northeast. They will report to William Stanton, who heads the Investment Management sales team for JPMorgan Worldwide Securities Services.
