Lumesse Redefines Talent Management with Salesforce1

Lumesse, a global leader in talent solutions today announced its new partnership with Salesforce to develop industry transforming talent solutions with Salesforce1 that will reshape and redefine the recruitment and talent management landscape. The new HCM solutions will transform talent management into an agile and highly collaborative business process between HR and business professionals.

Under the agreement, Lumesse will OEM the Salesforce1 Platform, including Salesforce Work.com applications. Lumesse’s applications will utilize Work.com and joint development as part of the partnership.

The talent management solutions will be native Salesforce1 applications and leverage its collaborative capabilities; a unique opportunity for business professionals to participate in the talent management process within the familiar Salesforce environment. Hiring managers will be able to collaborate more effectively with HR.

First modules will be available for the U.S. market on the Salesforce AppExchange in the first quarter of 2015.
