Kcom attends CC Expo to demonstrate how organisations can deliver a great customer experience

Kcom, the communications integration specialist has taken residency at this year’s Customer Contact Expo, which is currently being held at the Olympia Exhibition Centre in London.

The two day event (1 and 2 October) attracts organisations interested in developing their contact centre and customer management strategy.
