Brightstar completes acquisition of majority interest in Beetel Teletech Limited

Brightstar Corp. announced today that a Brightstar subsidiary has completed the acquisition of a majority interest in Beetel Teletech Limited as part of a joint venture with Bharti Enterprises to bring the latest mobile technologies and services to the Indian market. An initial announcement was made following the signing of the agreement in July.
