VWB Expands International Marketing Reach to Europe


Marketing Agreement with Kast Telecom, S.A. Spearheads European Expansion

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL, March 22, 2005 -- Video Without Boundaries, Inc. (OTC: VDWB), a pioneer in the emerging broadband media device market, today announced the signing of a Marketing Alliance Agreement with Kast Telecom S.A. (France). This agreement marks the first step toward VWB offering its full range of industry-leading MediaREADY(TM) products throughout the European market. Under the terms of the agreement, Kast Telecom will be responsible for initiating Reseller, Licensing and OEM relationships in France and assisting VWB with introductions throughout the European Union.

This agreement culminated after months of discussions with Kast’s co-founder, Rafic Abou-Fadel, who has been an instrumental figure in shaping the European telecommunications industry. Mr. Abou-Fadel led the recent merger of Kast Wireless Network with Swisscom’s Eurospot Wireless Network. The merger created the combined default leader in the WiFi(TM) (Wireless Fidelity) telecom industry for Europe.

Mr. Abou-Fadel has served as Vice Chairman of ETNA (European Telecoms & Network Association) ( since 2000. ETNA is the largest French Professional Telecommunication Organization (+120 members) through which Abou-Fadel maintains close relationships with the ART (Regulatory Authority) in France as well as main telecommunications principals in Europe. He has strong ties with the French Senatorial Telecom Commission as well as the Telecom Commission at the French National Assembly. During his tenure as the Vice Chairman, ETNA has become one of the largest European telecom associations.
