AT&T Helps Novadebt Streamline Counseling Services to Customers Nationwide

(NYSE: T) announced today the implementation of an advanced voice and networking solution for Novadebt, a non-profit, financial management, social service agency that serves customers across the country. The AT&T solution leverages Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) technology to prioritize Novadebt’s network traffic and ensure streamlined communications across all company locations. Specific terms of the contract were not disclosed.

In particular, AT&T’s solution helps Novadebt manage incoming customer calls with greater intelligence and efficiency, resulting in a seamless experience for its customers from start to finish. AT&T’s Managed Internet Service (MIS) plus PNT (Private Network Transport) and Voice over Internet Protocol provides the backbone for Novadebt’s Automatic Call Distribution Voice network. This allows Novadebt to consolidate all of its communications needs on one network with enhanced security backed by AT&T’s Class of Service capabilities to ensure call quality and 24/7 accessibility. To provide the most efficient assistance possible, an Automatic Call Distributor routes incoming calls to the next available counselor.
