Criterion Announces New Vice President of Sales

NORWALK, Connecticut – WEBWIRE

Criterion, provider of a modern, mid-market platform for HR, benefits and payroll, announced today that Harry Bedrossian has joined the company as their new Vice President of Sales. Bedrossian was the former Division Vice President of Sales at Ceridian, and he comes aboard as the 30-year-old company, formerly PerfectSoftware, begins it’s rebranding as Criterion amid a major new round of funding.

Over his 21 year career with ADP, Bedrossian qualified for President’s Club 15 times. His reputation for motivating high-performance sales teams puts Criterion in a good position for extended growth. As Division VP of Sales for Ceridian, Bedrossian managed quota carriers throughout the Northeast and grew their mid-market sales by 42 percent. Bedrossian has repeatedly demonstrated that he excels at hitting profitability and sales growth targets for divisions in turn-around.

“Harry’s industry expertise in the HCM space made him an attractive candidate to lead Criterion’s sales efforts” said Sunil Reddy, CEO of Criterion. “We’re impressed with his considerable management and leadership background, and are confident that it will complement the aggressive growth path we’ve outlined for 2015 and beyond.”
