The Population Health Alliance, the leader in advancing the principles of population health, announced today that it has welcomed four new members to the association: Coach Alba, Cummins, Kognito and Welltok.
“These new members come as population health continues to gain traction as a solution to the health and health care crisis we face,” said Population Health Alliance interim Executive Director, Fred Goldstein. “New companies are joining us to work in a collaborative environment, sharing information, data and outcomes among employers, innovative technology startups, long term providers of population health management solutions, and others.”

Welltok’s chief inventive officer, Michael Dermer, is also serving as co-chair of the PHA engagement committee, which is working to establish the industry standard for how to define and execute on consumer engagement. “A critical component to driving consumer engagement is the smart use of incentives. By combining our expertise with that of fellow PHA members, we can create more meaningful and impactful consumer interactions across the board.”
