247 Airport Transfer Achieves ISO 9001, ISO14001 and IIP – Bronze

247 Airport Transfer, a minicab company based in London, received three important accreditations in June 2014. The certificates have been provided by outstanding companies in the field of people and quality management assessment: British Assessment Bureau and Investors in People.

ISO 9001 was first introduced in 1987 and requires organizations to demonstrate that they do what they say they do and that they have a quality management system in place to ensure consistency and improvement; leading to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Certified organizations are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed annually to ensure progress is being maintained.

ISO 14001:2004 was first introduced 1996 as a British Standard and requires organizations to have an environmental policy and action plan to manage their impact on their environment.  Certified organizations are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed annually to ensure progress is being maintained.

Investors in People is the UK’s leading accreditation for business improvement through people management, and provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business.
