DVS Selects Custom E-Commerce Platform: Side-Commerce

(Irvine, California) April 14, 2014 – Global footwear brand, DVS Shoe Company, recently partnered with Side Studios to develop an e-commerce website that would showcase their vast product collection and newly refined brand image. Based in Irvine, California, Side Studios offers a wide range of custom software solutions for brands from worlds as diverse as retail, apparel, surf, non-profit, beauty and cosmetics.

Side-Commerce, a fully customizable e-commerce platform unique to Side Studios was presented to DVS as an alternative solution to their existing platform. Upon learning about all the features of the platform, like the ability to merchandise products across all categories, publish content in real time, create dynamic promotions and the built-in responsive design, DVS chose to use Side-Commerce as their new platform.

With DVS’s newest campaign message #ALLINGOODFUN in mind, Side Studios wanted to provide a site that balanced originality and structure, while portraying this message of “going all in while having fun doing it”.

“We were honored when DVS chose our company to build out and completely redesign their existing site, “ stated Brendon Shah, President at Side Studios. “Our designers have a vast amount of unique and creative aspects for the new site, which we feel will place DVS a step ahead of the competition.”

Currently within the design stages of this project, the new DVS Footwear site is scheduled to launch in August 2014.
