Key #1: Focus
Set a clear daily intention. People need to set the course for their life, so they know exactly where they are headed – much like setting the route for a ship. Energy flows where attention goes, so the clearer the intention, the more energy that will flow towards it.

The Caloundra life coach quotes the words of Einstein, “Your imagination is the most powerful tool you own.” The subconscious mind is like a bed of soil that accepts any kind of seed, good or bad. So dream big and imagine vividly from the point of being there now.

Every feeling, good or bad, is not based on the reality of life but the meaning that the individual gives an event. “To create more good feelings, practice feeling positive emotions, such as love, appreciation, gratitude, excitement, passion, determination, and any other positive emotions.
