Since its arrival to the country in 2009, Convergys has grown to over 1500 employees working from 3 different sites, for a total of 10 clients.    The talent and skills of our employees are recognized by clients from our Retail, Medical, Telecommunications, Networking and Financial industries, who are currently growing their presence in Costa Rica.
