Navera Announces Benefits Coordinators Corporation is Newest Channel Partner

San Francisco CA – WEBWIRE

San Francisco, CA – Navera announced today that the company has finalized a re-seller agreement with Benefit Coordinators Corporation (BCC), a leading provider of outsourced solutions connecting human resources, benefit management and specialty administrative services. Navera provides cloud-based education and decision support products that help individuals and their families make well-informed decisions about their benefits and insurance options.
According to the agreement finalized early this year, BCC will incorporate Navera’s interactive animated education and decision support (EDS) into its BenXcel® benefits administration system. BCC has nearly 1,000 employer clients across the U.S.

“The challenge for employers offering voluntary products has always been providing employees with the information they need to understand which of these insurance products they need, how much coverage they need, and what they will cost—and to have that information available when and how employees want it. Over the past 30 years, we’ve seen enrollment support technologies evolve tremendously to better address this need. Navera provides cloud-based software that uses interactive animation to engage employees and to make learning about insurance products fun; employees are able to quickly learn what they need to know and to feel good about their choices. We deployed Navera with an existing client and were wildly successful; participation rates increased 54% over the earlier offering. This client will now be using Navera to educate its employees about all of its benefit offerings. Incorporating Navera into our offerings—either inside our BenXcel system or independently—aligns perfectly with our approach to making benefits enrollment as easy as possible for employees and employers,” said BCC President and CEO, Mike Lawton.

“We are pleased to team with BCC and to be in a position to serve their impressive base of client employers,” stated Steve L. Adams, Navera CEO.  “By integrating with the BenXcel system or other benefits administration systems, we are able to jointly provide a world-class user experience that increases employee satisfaction and enables employees to make the decisions that best support their financial and wellness goals.  We’ve already delivered quantifiable value to an important client, and we are committed to doing that for all of BCC’s valued clients.”
