Michele Molitor To Speak on Becoming the Leader People Want To Follow at South Bay Womyn’s Conference (SBWC

Michele Molitor, a San Francisco Bay Area based executive coach and business consultant, will give a talk at the South Bay Womyn’s Conference on March 8th entitled “How to Become the Leader People Want to Follow”. This year’s conference is focused on STEM Careers where women remain underrepresented in the science and engineering workforce, although to a lesser degree than in the past. 

Ms. Molitor, who works with smart savvy women, recognizes the importance of leadership skills for women in all industries, particularly those entering traditionally male fields. She believes that women lead differently than men; they are more holistic leaders. Women’s leadership is a collaborative style and is the way of the future. Helping women learn to honor and fully utilize their own natural leadership styles to create greater success individually and collectively, is a large part of her work.

The upcoming South Bay Womyn’s Conference (SBWC) partners San José State University students with community members to create a safe space for all ages that promotes learning, expression, and education.  

Molitor’s talk will offer a thought-provoking discussion for the savvy STEM professional, helping them become the leader people want to follow. They’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of how to:

• Translate challenges into your Genius Gifts
• Identify your Unique Strengths and how to fully put them to use

You must tap into your own inherent leadership style and strengths, while having the courage to be in the minority of women leaders in the STEM field.
