Diane joined Sams & Associates in 2014 bringing over 16 years of adjusting experience.  Through her work with Farmers Insurance, Orion Auto-Viking Insurance and Explorer Insurance, Diane gained a vast knowledge in handling complex auto and BI claims as well as supervised auto claims unit and litigation teams for Farmers Insurance.  With the knowledge of writing Xactimate estimates, Diane is experienced in settling homeowner and commercial property claims.
