Fujitsu and SYNNEX Expand Distribution Agreement Covering All Fujitsu Mobile Computing Products and Accessories

Agreement Makes Fujitsu Award-Winning High-Performance and Reliable Mobile Products Available Via the SYNNEX Network of 10,000 Resellers in North America

SUNNYVALE , Calif. , August 15, 2006 - Fujitsu Computer Systems Corporation and SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX), a global IT supply chain services company, today announced that the two companies have signed a distribution agreement covering the full line of Fujitsu high-performance and reliable mobile computing products and accessories. The agreement, expanding the terms of an existing contract between the companies, will make it easier for customers to purchase Fujitsu mobile computing products and accessories by providing access to the SYNNEX network of more than 10,000 resellers in the U.S. and Canada.

The expanded relationship with SYNNEX is a key step for Fujitsu to boost exposure to midsize businesses within key vertical markets including healthcare, sales/field force automation, and government. The goal is to provide Fujitsu customers with a broader range of options for how and where to purchase Fujitsu mobile products.
