Large Non-Performing Note Buyers Added To USFS’ Buying Resources

There are even individual NPN buyers looking to “cherry pick” from large bank note pools. Purchasers of non-performing residential notes and note pools may take different approaches to their investment, including flipping the bank notes for a fast profit or modifying the notes to generate an income stream. Also, some buyers will purchase the notes with the goal of taking over the properties through foreclosure and converting them to rental properties. Some NPN buyers will use a combination of these strategies.”
