Laguna Beach, CA - (NewMediaWire) - December 5, 2013 - On December 4, 2013 the Los Angeles City Council voted to classify electronic smoking products (e-cigarettes) as tobacco products and regulate them like other “nicotine delivery devices”, joining hundreds of other cities doing the same thing. The new law would put severe restrictions in place and ban sales from mall kiosks, ice cream trucks and self-service displays, and would require retailers to be licensed.
