TestAmerica Names Jim Ford as Executive Vice President Commercial

TestAmerica, the leader in environmental testing, announced today that it has named Jim Ford as the Executive Vice President Commercial. In this newly created position, Mr. Ford will lead TestAmerica’s sales and marketing teams in support of the company’s profitable growth initiatives. He will report to James E. Hyman, CEO of TestAmerica.

“Jim has an impressive record of building many successful sales and marketing teams over his career,” said Mr. Hyman. “His expertise in aligning with strategic customers and developing joint value propositions will help us leverage our industry leading network to serve clients with all their analytical and testing needs.”

Most recently, Mr. Ford served as Vice President, Strategic Accounts of Nalco, an Ecolab Company, which is the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services that protect people and vital resources. He has more than 20 years of field sales, global accounts and marketing experience, holding various national and international leadership positions with a focus on creating long-term growth through strategic customer partnerships.

Mr. Ford holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy, located in West Point, New York. He graduated with distinction and served as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army. Mr. Ford also serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Strategic Account Management Association, a non-profit association focused on promoting strategic account management as a proven corporate strategy for growth.
