Latest Version of Teleroute Pro Actively Finds You Freight

New tools make Europe’s most popular freight exchange even easier to search via enhanced load-to-route matching

(Brussels – August 4, 2006) – Teleroute, a Wolters Kluwer business, today announced that the latest version of its real-time, web-based Freight Exchange, Teleroute Pro 1.7, has a number of new and enhanced features designed to make finding full and part loads even easier for Europe’s Logistics professionals.

This latest release incorporates some customer-requested changes to the consultation (freight search) interface, which includes greater visibility for vehicles through the freight matching function, easier access to the proactive search agent and enhanced ‘along the route’ searching with the new, improved F2 engine.

Intelligent searching helps reduce empty running
F2 is a unique feature of Teleroute’s search engine that increases freight search result possibilities by enlarging the selection scope. Imagine, you are travelling from Porto, Portugal to Leeds, UK and are looking for a freight offer. Instead of only searching for offers in the regions of Porto and Leeds, F2 expands the parameters of a search and looks for additional offers that fall along the route of your journey – ensuring that it is easier Europe’s hauliers to avoid empty running.

As from August 1, 2006 Teleroute Pro 1.7 is available to all users.
