Nuvalo and Hyde NW Host Customer Appreciation Party at The Living Computer Museum

Bellevue, Wash. (August 21, 2013) – Customers and partners of Nuvalo and Hyde NW were treated to an evening out at Seattle’s newly opened Living Computer Museum.  Guest enjoyed mingling and noshing at the catered event with open bar, while taking a walk down memory lane, reminiscing about mainframes, punch cards, dot-matrix printers and early video games such as Pong, Mario Brothers and Pac-man. The night of nostalgia included gaming and tinkering with titles like Oregon Trail on Atari and Commodore computers from the 1980s.
 
“This event was a way for us to give thanks to our biggest supporters – our customers,” said Manon Buettner, principal, Nuvalo LLC, which specializes in cloud migration and hybrid solutions. “Having our event at the museum gave us an opportunity to bring clients and colleagues out to a new venue to network and socialize while taking stock of our incredible technology-based heritage.”
