Green Energy Development Applauds President Obama’s Nomination of Dennis McGinn for Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Energy Position

Atlanta, Georgia – July 30, 2013 – Green Energy Development (“GED”), a premier global developer of all forms of sustainable renewable energy solutions and facilities, applauds the nomination of former Vice Admiral Dennis McGinn (ret.) for Assistant Secretary of the Navy for energy, installations and the environment.  Mr. McGinn is the current President of the American Council on Renewable Energy (“ACORE”).
 
The position Mr. McGinn has been nominated for is key in executing the Pentagon’s agenda in renewables.  With a more narrow scope, his position within the Navy will help to lower the costs of advanced biofuels.
