J.D. Power Study Ranks Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Highest in Guest Satisfaction Among Economy/Budget Hotels



Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham®—a leading economy hotel chain and one of 15 brands under global hotel giant Wyndham Hotel Group—has been ranked highest in the economy/budget segment by J.D. Power in the 2013 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study.

Within its segment, Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham ranked highest in all seven categories measured by the study, which include: reservations, check-in/check-out, guest rooms, food and beverage, hotel services, hotel facilities and cost and fees.
