Cincinnati Painters Launches Cincinnati Painters Collaborative

Cincinnati, Ohio – Whitmer & Davis (whitmeranddavis.com) leaders in the painting business in Cincinnati for decades, announced today the launch of the first of its kind collaborative of Cincinnati Painting Contractors formed to offer only the highest level of professional painting services to businesses, homeowners, and property managers in Cincinnati and the tri state area.
 
“The need for a Cincinnati Painting Contractors Collaborative has been building for many years because anyone that buys a bucket, a brush, a ladder, and maybe a drop cloth thinks they can become a painting contractor although they have little to no knowledge. They simply don’t know what they don’t know, which often results in bad paint jobs that don’t hold up, lawsuits of all kinds, personal injury claims, property liens, and more,” says Ray Whitmer of Whitmer & Davis. “When our company began doing business seven decades ago there were no more than 30 painting contractors in Cincinnati who collectively employed hundreds of highly skilled Cincinnati painters. Today, there are hundreds of unqualified painters calling themselves painting contractors.”
 
All of the painting contractors in the CPC collaborative are true painting professionals with the proven expertise and knowledge to do any and all projects properly. They all carry liability insurance to protect the client and their property, they are OSHA compliant, and they are compliant with all workers compensation laws. Few consumers realize that hiring a contractor without the proper insurances and not in full compliance with local, state, and federal laws, can leave the consumer held legally liable for injury and more.
