WI Criminal Defense Institute Created

Sheboygan, Wisconsin –– The criminal defense firm of Kirk Obear, Attorney at Law, has announced plans to develop a criminal defense oriented training program for attorneys which will provide Continuing Legal Education (CLE) opportunities for lawyers who practice exclusively in the area of criminal defense.

Drawing from his years of experience as a JAG in the United States Air Force, Kirk has been developing a “hands-on” program where the participant will be immersed in an experiential training opportunity like no other.  Students will attend training usually received only by law enforcement.  Field sobriety testing certification, police dog handling, search and seizure, proportional use of firearms, and many other areas will be explored.

Additionally, Kirk will utilize his extensive experience dealing with Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry (while a JAG in the Air Force) to provide real world training in the area of chemical testing and forensic procedures.
