Telefónica enhances its unified communications and collaboration value proposition

Madrid. Telefónica is pleased to announce the enhancement of its Unified Communications and Collaboration value proposition. A solution aimed at supporting multinational customers (MNC) and removing complexity for global organisations. The enhancement is underpinned by the finalised global deployment of fully integrated unified communication nodes across EMEA, North America and Asia. Aligned with a consistent global value proposition including SIP Trunking, Managed Telephony over IP, Unified Communications and Managed Conferencing.

This exciting development re-confirms Telefónica’s commitment to the MNC market and the delivery of global solutions to support collaboration across multinational enterprises, whilst simultaneously recognising the changing way business is conducted. With the ultimate goal of enabling multinational customers to seamlessly work together as one team and removing solution and communication silos.
