Cargotec’s BMH Marine Acquisition Approved
July 31, 2006 MacGREGOR, the business area providing marine cargo flow solutions within Cargotec signed an agreement to acquire BMH Marine AB, a Swedish company specializing in dry bulk handling equipment on ships and at port terminals in June 2006.
The necessary competition authority approvals, to which the acquisition was subject to, have now been received and the transaction has been closed on July 31, 2006.
