Jobster Names Brad Kendall Senior Vice President of Sales

Former Online Legal Services Executive Also Added to Lead Business Development

SEATTLE — July 28, 2006 — Jason Goldberg, CEO of Jobster Inc., today announced the executive hires of Brad Kendall and Kerry Rupp to further position Jobster for exponential growth in the online job search and recruiting industry.

Kendall joins Jobster as senior vice president of sales, responsible for leading Jobster’s strategic global expansion. He comes to Jobster from Vurv Technology (formerly Recruitmax), where he was regional vice president of sales. Kendall brings to Jobster 13 years of progressive general and sales management experience, including time spent as a staffing manager with Fidelity Investments. He also held sales management positions with Webhire, TMP and Vurv. Kendall is a graduate of Brigham Young University.

Before joining Jobster, Rupp spent five years in the online legal services industry, serving as vice president and managing director of market planning for LexisNexis’ Large Law Division. Rupp also held executive-level roles at Classmates Online, Sterling Commerce and CourtLink. She has also served as a consultant with McKinsey & Co.’s Business Technology Office and with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Rupp holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor of arts from Duke University.
