Wilson Stevens Productions Donates Over $2,000 to The One Fund Boston

Wilson Stevens Productions has announced today that they will be making a $2,085 donation to The One Fund Boston, the foundation established at the request of Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino and Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick to assist those affected as a result of the tragic events during the Boston Marathon on April 15, 2013 and related aftermath.

“We came up to Boston from Baltimore in the ’70s, and through the loyalty and support of this community we were able to build a life and a successful business over the last quarter century, ” said Kathy Wilson, president of the wedding entertainment company. “Our life’s work has taken place on the streets of Boston and throughout New England. We’ve spent most of our weekends on Boylston Street. Weddings at The Four Seasons, Lenox, Mandarin Oriental, Copley... its all there. We’re proud to call Boston our home and we want nothing more than to give back to the community that has given so much to us. ”

Additionally, Wilson Stevens donated $500 earlier in May to Bucks for Bauman, the foundation established by friends and family for Boston Marathon bombing survivor and Chelmsford, MA native Jeff Bauman. Wilson and her husband, WSP vice-president Tim, have resided in Chelmsford for over 30 years.
