Spa Speed Lunches are a wellness lunch menu that consists of a collection of healthy and speedy light choices. Guests can unwind in the Spa lap pool, choosing from a set menu of four varied healthy and balanced dishes along with a refreshing drink, all served within 15 minutes.

From avocado rucula summer rolls, mille feuille salmon and grilled scallops to fresh fruit mint hibiscus gelee and homemade mango granola, this exclusive Speed Lunch experience extends beyond the realm of fitness to include use of the lap pool and Spa facilities.

The Spa offers twelve treatment rooms and a relaxation area surrounded by dry sauna, steam and outdoor Spa lap pool with a special view of Tiran Island.
