London entrepreneur, Jonathan Bramley, has launched a new fitness concept in South West London aiming to capitalise on the legacy of the 2012 Olympic Games. The award winning businessman is offering residents of South West London the opportunity to enjoy a huge variety of fitness activities offered by his new company, The Outdoor Fitness Collective. Activities include padleboarding, cross country skiing, yoga, open water swim coaching, gym sessions, circuit training, kettlebell training, kayaking, cycling and even parkour.

Bramley comments: “Many people see exercise as a chore or a bore. That’s not how we see it. To get fit and stay fit we believe you need to enjoy exercise. OFC provides such a wide range of activities that, with the help and motivation of our qualified instructors, clients will always be looking forward to trying something new or honing their skills. We also make sure everyone receives a warm welcome. Many people are intimidated by going to the gym. Our philosophy  is the more fun our clients have, the more they will want to keep up their exercise routine. As one new client commented last week during a bike ride in Richmond Park "this sure beats being in a sweaty gym!”

The Outdoor Fitness Collective caters for a broad cross-section of the local community with ante and post-natal exercise for Mums, yoga for the elderly members of society and more robust activities for working professionals. What’s more, the beautiful locations they have chosen are the most inspirational that South West London has to offer and are sure to keep people coming back for more.

Bramley got the idea whilst training for the UK Ironman and his channel swim. “I got very fit and met some really amazing people who were all enjoying different exercises in the fantastic locations we are lucky enough to have on our doorstep. In the ten months of training I didn’t step foot in a gym once,” he said.

There are also plans to roll out the multi-activity concept to other London locations including Hyde Park and Battersea Park and this summer will also see the launch of an activity programme designed for children during the long summer holidays.
