About NM Collector Software
This customizable collection management database software enables collectors to capture details on individual guns or other collectibles including key information such as model, serial number, purchase date, purchase price, appraised value, sale price and other information appropriate to the type of collection being managed. Unlimited photos enable easy viewing of every piece in a collection, especially close up photos of markings and interesting features of each item. The “Find” feature enables quick location of any collectible stored in the database. The built-in statistics feature enables tracking of statistics such as appraised and realized values of entire collections. Available reports include insurance, ATF approved FFL A&D, hang tags with bar codes, and others.
NM Collector Software is customizable to fit individual needs. Modify field headings and/or create new ones. Over 32 fields are available. Easily modify dropdowns including automatic addition of new values when typed so they only have to be typed once and can be used again. Exiting collection types include guns, knives, Japanese swords, coins, stamps, and gems. Custom collection types can be created from scratch.
