USFS Announces The Addition Of New Institutional Commercial Non-Performing Note Buyers To Its NPN Buyers Resources

U.S. Funding Solutions, Inc. through its affiliation with a hedge fund has added several large institutional commercial non-performing note buyers. These commercial NPN buyers have a huge appetite for commercial non-performing notes, primarily in the form of commercial bank note pools nationwide and cover most commercial property types across the country. Buyers of non-performing commercial notes and note pools can take several different approaches. These include flipping the notes for a quick profit, modifying the notes to produce an income stream and buying the notes with the intent of acquiring the properties through foreclosure or any combination of these approaches.”
