Steven Spielberg’s award-winning cinematic franchise, with full-size animatronic dinosaurs by the legendary Stan Winston, CGI dinosaurs by ILM and based on the best-selling book by Michael Crichton, generated nearly $2 billion combined at the worldwide box office and featured groundbreaking effects that changed the art of movie-making forever and have still yet to be surpassed, 20 years later.
To help celebrate Jurassic Park 3D Stan Winston School of Character Arts (SWSCA) is releasing never-before-scene videos and images of the making of the full-size animatronic dinosaurs featured in the film, including T-rex, the Raptors, Triceratops, Brachiosaurus and the Dilophosaurus (aka Spitter).
In these behind-the-scenes exclusives you will get an unprecedented peek at how Stan Winston’s live-action dinosaur team created full-size prehistoric puppets and transferred them to the big screen.
