Australian Medical Intuitive Reveals Tips on How to Rejuvenate Energy


QUEENSLAND, Australia April, 2013 – With constant access to technology and the desire to stay ‘connected’, Australian medical intuitive Julie Lewin warns that some people may end up less present and less connected, leading to depression and loneliness.

“It’s important to know how to rejuvenate energy so that we can recover from an emotional conversation with a sad friend or a tiring day at work, and this is especially important for healers such as chiropractors, medical intuitives, masseurs, and others who work in hands-on healing work where they are giving energy without receiving,” says Julie.

Julie recommends learning how to rejuvenate energy levels regularly to avoid a build-up in stress levels, fatigue, or deterioration in health. Julie shares, “Rejuvenation in this context is where the individual refills their inner reservoir - so that they can cope with life’s ups and downs. It means taking time for one’s self! And for the givers reading this ... yes, that means you have to receive.”

Ways to protect and rejuvenate energy can be as simple as receiving a compliment or as huge as going on a retreat and stepping out of the world for a time. Julie recommends having technology-free time. Being plugged in 24/7 doesn’t allow modern men and women any downtime ... they are available and almost on high alert. The ‘fight or flight’ mechanism is being overused by being so accessible night and day.

Going off the ‘technology grid’ will initially cause the individual to miss the adrenalin that comes from the immediacy of the communication, but after a while they will find that they don’t miss it and that they are really able to be present in whatever activity or relationship they are engaged in ... while not being contactable. Julie has done this for extended periods twice and firmly believes both experiences strengthened her relationship with her husband and their friends. Try to do this one day a week, or as an absolute minimum one day a month. When off the ‘technology grid’, try one of these activities:

  • Reconnect with friends and family
  • Have a BBQ in the park
  • Play board games
  • Read a book
  • Go for a drive in the country
  • Go for a bush walk
  • Spend time gardening
  • Do anything that connects that individual back into the ‘Divine Stream’.

Taking time out to do one of these things will leave the individual feeling as though they have had a holiday and their energy levels with be rejuvenated.
Others way to rejuvenate energy levels include using patterned healing water, meditation (breath, candle, train light, sharing nature’s energy), or holidaying if possible.
