Chicago, - Intertek, the leading quality solutions provider to industries around the world, has opened a new state-of-the-art lubricant and oil condition monitoring (OCM) testing laboratory, serving clients in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and worldwide.

The Intertek OCM laboratory provides expert lubricant analysis, used-oil testing, and oil conditioning monitoring services from a purpose-built laboratory equipped with modern testing instrumentation located in the Chicago area.

Oil condition monitoring helps to identify the risk of potential damage to our clients’ expensive machinery. By measuring wear metals and other components, Intertek OCM scientists and technicians can spot lubricant and machine quality and operational problems early and assist customers avoid expensive repairs and shutdowns.
