Cytec Promotes its Advanced Mining Chemical Technologies at TMS 2013

Cytec will give a paper titled “MAX HT® Bayer Sodalite Scale Inhibitor: A Green Solution to Energy Consumption” which will describe how its technology provides benefits by reducing or eliminating the scale formation in heat exchangers resulting in higher heat transfer rates while reducing energy consumption and waste generation.. MAX HT® 550 was a recent recipient of the US EPA Presidential Green Chemistry award.

Also, Cytec will give a paper on “Hydrometallurgical Nickel Laterite Processing: A Review of Current SX Flowsheets and Industry Trends” which will summarize the state of the art of solvent extraction technologies and trends in the Ni laterite industry.
