Bauer Design Build Wins MSA’s Subcontractor of the Year Award

Delano, MN - On January 29, 2013, Bauer Design Build was honored with the Contractor TOPS Award for 2012 by the Minnesota Subcontractor’s Association (MSA).

The award recognizes contractors who embody working relationships that illustrate teamwork, opportunities, and partnering with subcontractors; while consistently having well organized & coordinated projects, safe & clean working conditions, and paying in a timely manner. Bauer’s victory in the “Under $50M in Annual Sales” Category, was announced during the MSA’s annual banquet at Mendakota Country Club.

Founded in 2005 by Mike Bauer, Bauer Design Build, LLC differentiates themselves by combining their design and construction expertise with transparency and accountability, while always looking out for the client’s best interest. Mike Bauer gives significant credit of their success to the many excellent subcontractors who uphold company values on all of their projects.

The Minnesota Subcontractors Association has a history of recognizing exceptional organizations like Bauer. Started in 1991, the MSA is a non-profit trade association representing residential and commercial subcontractors, suppliers, and construction-related service providers. The organization holds their annual banquet to recognize Minnesotan firms for outstanding performance in relevant business disciplines like project management and industry leadership.

By continuing to apply the high standards of the MSA, Bauer Design Build is in indeed on track for an exciting year. They are currently enhancing their brand imagery, and plan to launch a new website in 2013.
