Gary Allan’s Single “Every Storm (Runs Out of Rain)” Certified Gold by RIAA for Sales of Over 500,000 Downloads

Nashville, TN --- January 10, 2012 --- Multiplatinum MCA Nashville artist Gary Allan kicks off 2013 in style adding another GOLD single to his credit.  This week, the RIAA certified “Every Storm (Runs Out Of Rain)” GOLD for sales of over 500,000 downloads.  The smash hit sold over 112,00 copies the first week of January alone.

Allan already has RIAA certifications for 3 Platinum albums, 7 Gold albums and 3 Gold singles.

This song jumped from #9 to #5 over the holidays and continues to gain momentum.  As the single continues to blaze up the country radio chart more and more fans rush to download it. Allan is thrilled with how well fans are responding to the new song.  “I’m fired up,” said Allan. “The response from radio and fans has been huge.” 

Allan’s new studio album SET YOU FREE is scheduled for release on January 22 showing early promise of being one of the hottest country albums of the year.
