Children of all ages are invited to don their pajamas and “wind their way to the North Pole” through a reading of the holiday classic. Booksellers will add to the festivities this year by showcasing The Polar Express in HD brilliance on the spectacular displays of the new NOOK® HD and NOOK® HD+. Van Allsburg’s lush illustrations dazzle on the device’s high definition screens. Cookies, hot cocoa, crafts and other activities will round out the festivities.
