With this latest version of the popular software for medical offices, physicians and billing services can take advantage of a new service for electronic statement processing.  Medical offices have been used to sending insurance claims electronically for processing for many years says Selent, and now they can take advantage of the ease of use and low cost of mailing statements electronically.  The way the service works is that a physicians office transmits an electronic file, then reviews it for patients that they might now want to send claims to, then approves the batch.
