Surgutneftegas Reports Operating Results for 10 Months of 2012

Over the last ten months of 2012, Surgutneftegas produced over 51,142 thousand tons of crude oil. Compared to the same period of 2011, added crude output exceeded 1%.

For the year to date, crude output in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) equaled 5,427 thousand tons. Contribution of crude produced in the region to the total production output of the Company increased from 8.7% to 10.6%.

In the period from January to October 2012, gas production amounted to over 10,134 million cubic meters.

In-house drilling within ten months of the current year amounted to about 4,118.6 thousand meters of rock including exploratory drilling exceeding 170.2 thousand meters. Compared to January-October of the previous year, development and exploratory drilling grew by 4% and 9%, respectively.
