Officially on Halloween of 2012, the new business partnership between FBSE Finance Ltd of the UK and AdMain.co.uk is cemented with the launch of the flagship website, BridgingFinance.org.

Charlotte Hall representing FBSE Finance Ltd., stated: “Within the bridging loan sector, AdMain over a period of 6 or 7 years, had developed a very good reputation with the promotion of a previous client of theirs, EasyBridgingLoans, who unfortunately retired from the industry after the financial crisis. For FBSE to be able to tap into that marketing knowledge can only stand us in good stead for the future.”

Linda McMullan representing AdMain added: “The partnership has come at a good time for both companies, with the bridging loan market now buoyant again after the recent global financial meltdown. With FBSE’s commitment to service and low interest commercial bridging loans, combined with the experience we have gained in almost a decade of online management of bridging loan websites, we are hoping for a long and fruitful partnership.”

Whilst FBSE do have a company website, albeit a bit dated, a new website has been built to fill the Internet with up to date information regarding business bridging loans, rates of interest and how a bridge can work in business or for property investors. With FBSE only offering bridging for companies and property investors, a separate section has been developed for homeowner bridging loans, which is serviced by a very reputable broker who will offer up to 50 unique quotes direct from leading lenders of residential finance.
