Roanoke, Virginia (October 11, 2012) - Judy Mick has been running since 1978 and has not missed a day of running since 1985.  She runs every single day of her life.  She is totally committed to her running – and helping others to become runners, also.  Judy has come out with an informational product to help non-runners to do just that.

As she says, “So many people want to be runners and actually begin a running program.  But, for one reason or another they quit running.  Most of the time it’s because they try to do too much too soon.  They become frustrated or even injured.  I want to help them get started correctly and slowly get them used to moving again and eventually running.  My program will help them do just that.”

In this program, Judy takes someone who is currently doing nothing and eventually taking them through the process of becoming a runner.  At the end of the program, they will be able to complete a 5K (3.1 mile) road race.

Judy Mick has written over 200 articles on running and is a published author on the subject.  She is currently working on her next book.  She also has an active blog where she gives running tips and shares her running experiences.  You can find it at http://TheStreakingRunner.com.  While you’re there, you can sign up for her free weekly newsletter on running.

Judy is available for interviews and personal appearances.  She runs and lives in Roanoke, Virginia, with her husband and her spoiled cat.
