Karma Sauce to Add Zing to East Coast September Shows

September 2012 (Pittsford, NY)—The upstate New York-based KARMA SAUCE® COMPANY, creators of a growing line of small-batch artisanal pepper-based sauces and condiments, will hit the road in September to attend two prominent east coast exhibitions dedicated to natural and specialty foods – and to unveil two new products that will be of particular appeal to pepper-sauce fans.

First up is the Natural Products Expo East (www.expoeast.com), set for Sept. 19-22 at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, MD. Karma Sauce will be represented at Booth 8221 of the event, the East Coast’s largest trade event devoted to the latest in natural, organic and healthy-living products.

The Natural Products Expo East draws 22,000 industry professionals to a show floor featuring 1,500 exhibits of products including natural, organic and functional foods and beverages, as well as supplements, beauty and household innovations.

Next is the Chile Pepper Fiesta (www.bbg.org/chilepepperfiesta), 11am to 6pm Saturday, Sept. 29 at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden in Brooklyn, NY. Each year this popular national event – celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2012 – salutes the cultural of traditional and innovative pepper-based foods with an array of product demos, cooking and craft workshops, and live performances by world-music bands.

The Karma Sauce Company will offer a sneak preview of its newest products at the Chile Pepper Fiesta, in advance of a formal announcement and release later in September.
