BasWare to Deliver an Invoice Automation solution to Sonic Corp. in the US

June 30, 2006, BasWare Corporation, a leading provider of financial automation software, has been chosen by Sonic Corp. to automate their accounts payable operations in the United States. Sonic Corp., a publicly held company (NASDAQ: SONIC), is the USA’s largest chain of drive-in fast-food restaurants with more than 3,000 drive-ins located coast to coast. The value of the order is approximately EUR 320 thousand.

BasWare Invoice Processing and Contract Matching solutions will have over 1,000 end users at the Sonic Corp. headquarters in Oklahoma City and in the drive-in locations. The deal is a clear evidence of the strength of BasWare’s software solution in the North American marketplace.

BasWare Invoice Processing software is part of the company’s Enterprise Purchase to Pay solution suite. It eliminates manual processing of purchase invoices, enabling electronic workflow, revision, cost allocation and approval of invoices, as well as transfer to the company’s accounts payable system. BasWare Contract Matching enables the automatic identification and approval of recurring invoices according to defined approval rules.
