VolksWerks Changes Its Name to EuroWerks Virginia

Automotive Repair Company changes its name and emphasizes other European car repair services

Falls Church, Virginia based automotive repair company, VolksWerks, has changed its name to EuroWerks Virginia (www.EuroWerksVA.com) in an effort to further emphasize its focus on repairing other European cars in addition to Volkswagens.  After more than 15 years in business under the name VolksWerks, Ted Dinkelacker, the owner says, “it is time for a change and a new name is a step in the right direction”.

EuroWerks Virginia is a complete service facility specializing in late model Volkswagen and Audi automobiles.  Their claim to fame is a lower per hour billable rate than the dealer with “significant savings” when the two are compared.  All service repairs performed by EuroWerks Virginia are backed by a 24,000 mile, 2 year warranty (unless otherwise stated).

For the last 15 years, the company has specialized in repairing both Volkswagen and Audi vehicles, but its customer base has predominately been Volkswagen drivers.  “I believe this is in part because of our name,” says Dinkelacker, “With a new name, I believe we can attract more Audi drivers and continue to save them money when compared to what they would pay at the dealer.”

Dinkelacker says that “By specializing in only Volkswagen and Audi, we buy and stock most common replacement parts in quantity and at a fraction of the dealer list price.  This savings is passed directly on to our customer.   Our Volkswagen customers know and understand this savings, but we’re not sure most Audi drivers do.  So, we want to spread the word and remove any misconception that we only work with Volkswagens.”

When asked if anything else will change besides the name, Dinkelacker says, “We are a family-owned business known for our quality repairs and a focus on customer service.  All of that will remain the same.  There will be no change in how dedicated we are to this community and our customers.”

Dinkelacker expressed that the name change will take effect over the next several months and expects the new name to be completely in place by January 2013.

“Over the next few months we are treating our new and current customers to customer appreciation discounts and offers, and reassuring them that although our name will change, our excellent customer service and quality repairs will remain the same.  So, stay tuned for more announcements to come!” says Dinkelacker.
