Local real estate broker continues to win awards

Collin County, Texas – Real estate broker J.J. Chapa continues to win accolades and awards for his continued commitment to his clients through quality real estate representation throughout the DFW area.

In 2012, Chapa was recognized by Hillwood Development as being one of the top real estate professionals in sales for homes in the communities that Hillwood has developed. 

Chapa was also awarded a “top in sales” award for his work with Highland Homes as being one of the real estate professionals who produced more than $500,000 in sales for the DFW based home builder. 

In addition to these accolades, Chapa has continued his expert marketing services selling a record setting number of listings in the summer of 2012.  During the months of May, June and July he has sold over 15 homes.  Twelve of those homes were his own listings with an average days on the market of only 32 days, while the rest of the DFW area averages 65 days on average to sell a listing.

Most of Chapa’s listings sell at 98% of their list value.  His marketing plan is comprised of direct mail, email blasts, point of sale marketing including custom sign riders, QR code technology and every one of his listings have their own websites.

“In today’s world of real estate marketing a background in online marketing is a must,” Chapa said.  “If your agent just barely knows how to get on facebook they’re not going to know how to get your home in front of millions of prospective buyers online.”
