SysOpen Digia Plc and Kanrikogaku Kenkyusho (K3) to deepen global business partnership

28.6.2006, SysOpen Digia Plc’s Smartphone Business Division (SysOpen Digia), the world’s largest independent provider of open OS based software integration services and solutions for smartphones, today announced that it has entered into a global alliance agreement with Kanrikogaku Kenkyusho (K3) of Japan to strengthen collaboration in the mobile software business.

The announced collaboration will deepen the existing partnership and increase the collaboration between SysOpen Digia and Kanrikogaku Kenkyusho in several areas, most notably in global contract engineering services, product representation and technical training. As a result of this agreement, SysOpen Digia and Kanrikogaku Kenkyusho will complement each other’s offering in contract engineering services, carry and support each other’s products, and organize together training courses for the Japanese and global markets.

The co-operation has been beneficial for both parties and this new and deeper co-operation is expected to generate even more business for both companies.
